At 9am a week before a major retail launch, while most consumers are still unaware of our impending launch, our teams are already solving stock challenges, refining campaign details, reviewing forecasts and speaking with partners to ensure everything lands exactly as it should.
Those moments rarely make it into the spotlight, yet they reveal what truly drives Glorious Brands: talented people working together with energy, expertise and a shared commitment to helping brands succeed.
When people see a brand sitting proudly on a retail shelf, they see the finished product the beautiful packaging, the campaign, the display, the fragrance or beauty product itself.
What they don't always see are the people behind it.
For me, Glorious Brands has never simply been about launching products. It's about building a team of talented, passionate people who genuinely care about what they do and who share a common ambition: helping great brands succeed.
Over the last 15 years, I've learned that brands and businesses don't grow because of one person. They grow because of great teams. Teams that work collaboratively, trust one another, challenge one another, support one another and celebrate success together.
Every retailer listing, every launch event, every marketing campaign and every customer order is the result of many people working behind the scenes to make it happen.
Commercial: Handing Picking Our Client Portfolio
The Commercial Team sits at the heart of our brand partnerships and is led by Sam (with Leanne currently on maternity leave), cultivating relationships from the very first conversation and helping transform promising opportunities into lasting collaborations.
As the initial point of contact for prospective brands, they take the time to understand the brands’ ambitions, values, and vision, carefully shaping a strategy for how we can grow together. Before a brand becomes part of our wider portfolio, the team thoughtfully evaluates its fit, ensuring it complements our existing clients and strengthens our collective offering without creating competitive conflicts.
With a keen eye on market trends, emerging opportunities, and shifting consumer behaviours, the Commercial Team combines insight with expertise to guide partnership decisions, laying the foundations for successful, mutually beneficial relationships that can flourish over the long term.
Sales: Creating Partnerships for Growth
Our Sales team lead by Stuart is often the face of Glorious Brands.
They spend their days building relationships with retailers, identifying opportunities and helping our brands reach more consumers. But great salespeople do far more than sell products.
They understand retailers, consumers and brands. They listen, solve problems, identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships based on trust.
I've always believed that relationships are at the heart of every successful business, and our Sales team demonstrates that every day. Their commitment and determination help our brands grow and thrive in a highly competitive market.
Marketing: Bringing Brands to Life
If Sales opens the door, Marketing lead by Suzanne creates the excitement.
Our Marketing team takes brands from products to experiences. They create the stories, content, events and campaigns that help consumers fall in love with a brand.
What I admire most is their ability to combine creativity with commercial thinking. Every activation, campaign and social post has a purpose. They don't just create beautiful work; they create meaningful connections that help brands grow.
Watching a brand come to life through their creativity is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
Digital: Connecting Brands with Consumers
Led by Simon, our Digital team plays a vital role in helping brands connect with consumers wherever they choose to shop, scroll and engage. From managing social media channels and creating compelling content to developing email campaigns and driving ecommerce performance, they ensure our brands remain visible, relevant and engaging in an increasingly digital world.
The team also works closely with leading e-tailers, including Amazon and TikTok Shop, optimising brand presence and creating opportunities for growth across multiple online platforms. Combining creativity with data-driven insight, they help turn digital engagement into meaningful results, supporting both brand awareness and commercial success.
Finance: Providing Clarity and Confidence
Every successful business needs strong financial foundations. Our Finance team lead by Manisha provides the discipline, insight and commercial understanding that helps us make smart decisions and invest for the future.
Their work touches every part of the business, from forecasting and budgeting to profitability and strategic planning.
What I particularly value is their role as true business partners. They help all of us understand the numbers behind our decisions and provide the confidence to keep moving forward with ambition and responsibility.
Orders & Supply: The Unsung Heroes
Behind every successful launch is flawless execution.
Our Orders & Supply team keeps everything moving, often behind the scenes and without fanfare. They manage forecasting, stock, logistics, retailer fulfilment and countless operational details that ensure products arrive exactly where they need to be.
This team thrives under pressure, solves problems quickly and consistently delivers when it matters most.
Quite simply, without them, none of the rest of us could do our jobs. We are very proud of our service to our retailers
